(More customer reviews)I bought this item before at a Kiosk at the King of Prussia Mall. I liked it so much that I decided to see if it was any cheaper on Amazon, so I could stock up. I paid $35.00 for the one that I bought at the mall. This product is selling for $59.00 on Amazon for three. I thought to myself WOW, what a great bargain!!
When it arrived today, I compared it to the one I have at home and I noticed some differences.
1. The cap is a twist cap instead of a pop open cap. (No big deal)
2. It is very watered down. The one I bought at KOP mall is a much thicker consistency. (A BIG Deal)
3. The ingredients listed on the back are different than the one I purchased at the Kiosk. They aren't exactly the same. (A Very Big Deal)
I would strongly advise not to buy from this seller (Aviva Beauty). I am very disappointed with the products that they sold me.
I purchased other Seacret Dead Sea products from a seller called "Dead Sea Beauty" and I am very happy with their products. I believe their products are authentic and I will be buying all of my Seacret Dead Sea products from them in the future.UPDATE:
I contacted the seller and they refused to send me postage paid packaging. They told me that the return shipping is on the buyer. I think that if a customer is unhappy with a product then the seller should be paying for the return shipping, not the buyer. Especially in this instance.
