(More customer reviews)I am pretty sure this is the same shake that Pure Protein makes in the can, but somehow with fewer grams of protein. The twist off top is great if you aren't going to finish the whole shake, but be careful when shaking the can before opening because it will foam. I'd give this 5 stars as a ready to drink shake compared to muscle milk, but the unnecessary twist off top and fewer grams of protein each lost a star.
