(More customer reviews)Ritter Sport is a German confectioner that was formed in 1912, and has been making fine chocolates ever since (though production was temporarily suspended during World War 2). This particular bar is made of rich milk chocolate sandwiching a delicious shortbread cookie (or European biscuit). The chocolate is melt-in-you-mouth smooth and delicious and the cookie makes a great counterpoint.
This is a delicious piece of candy, an absolute work of confectionary art, and I highly recommend it!
