Finding milk for her was a challenge as she is allergic to dairy, soy, almonds, safflower oil (found in rice milk) and corn (xanthan gum). This particular company's xanthan gum is derived from beets not corn! I emailed them regarding the xanthan gum and had a reply in less than 24 hours (over a weekend, too). I highly recommend Manitoba Harvest products and this hemp milk!
