(More customer reviews)Dumle (also known as Dumlekola in Sweden) is essentially a kiddie candy. It also exists as a chocolate bar.
It's unmistakable due to the conspicuous design with white stars on a blue bottom, almost like the American flag. Since only kids eat this, a teenage girl looked at me funny when I was eating these on the commuter train station earlier this week. She must have thought I snapped or something (I'm pushing 40).
In my opinion, Dumle doesn't taste very good. The filling has almost no taste at all, and the chocolate itself isn't very tasty either. It comes across as a tamer version of Plopp, another chocolate available in Sweden. I guess you have to be brought up on Dumle to really appreciate them.
I wasn't.
