(More customer reviews)First two times my milk supply dropped I used Fenugreek. 3rd time it didn't do the tricks so tried Mother's Milk. This definitely helped. I'd say it definitely helped... maybe 30% increase in volume. The taste is okay at first, but I've actually gotten to enjoy it now. I hate black licorice (which I've read this tastes like - don't agree).
