(More customer reviews)I was diagnosed with IBS from chronic constipation about a year ago, and have tried many medicines to alleviate this problem such as Miralax and Phillip's liquid Milk of Magnesia. The Miralax wasn't bad, but it's expensive, and it does make drinks thicker. The Milk of Magnesia is just hard for me to swallow without gagging. I'm so happy I discovered these caplets because they work the same as Miralax and Milk of Magnesia, but without having to gulp down a lot of chalky liquid. I take 3 caplets every 2-3 days and they keep me very regular.
