(More customer reviews)right mixture of sweetness and bitterness. Perfect texture. Scharffen berger is by far my favaorite chocolate bar. When I go to wholefoods, I usually pick up 12 packs of them at a time. But it would be so much easier if I can order it on Amazon and will buy a lot more frequently. Can't live without it for sure
