If you prefer a rich chocolate flavor in a milk chocolate, I recommend Scharffen Berger, Chocolate Bar Milk 41%, if what you're looking for is a mild chocolate flavor and something a bit on the sweet side, this is a very nice milk chocolate.
The snap is clean and audible. Like a small click sound. The bar is very smooth and sweet and melts very easily on the tongue. Because it's very reasonably priced for an organic chocolate, and because it's not at all bitter, it's one of my dad's favorites. It's very creamy and reminds me of Cadbury milk chocolate.
