(More customer reviews)I first used this product during college when I was too rushed to eat breakfast - this is fast, filling and nutritious. I recently rediscovered Instant Breakfast after having my tonsils removed as an adult and a difficult recovery period. Even now, two years later, I have it every morning for breakfast and sometimes as lunch or a snack. The 30 packet box is much more economical than buying at the grocery store. Great product!!
