Also, the product description claims 'To answer the questions from our customers: our products are the original Hi chew candy, made in Japan. They are full size of 2.0 Oz. The versions with English name are made in other countries under the license. They are smaller, only 1.76 Oz per packs.'--but I received the smaller 1.76 oz English packages with 10 pieces per pack (12 packs). They're still delicious, but the descriptions in this listing are misleading.
Update: customer service was very helpful and willing to provide a refund and free shipping label to return the item.
