I had a low supply of breastmilk. I took the More Milk Plus but it still didn't do much for me with my PCOS. Someone told me about More Milk Special Blend. It is specially formulated for moms with PCOS. It also says that a mom that adopts can take this and start producing breast milk in 2 to 3 weeks. How awesome is that!!
However since I already had a low supply after about 3 days of taking this, I had more milk than I would have ever imagined.
I highly recommend taking this if you have PCOS and or have a low to no milk supply. Though taking herbs can be dangerous so I would talk to someone that knows a lot about these herbs. If you contact a lactation consultant, she will be able to help you. Motherlove is awesome and they will answer any questions you may have. I am pretty sure that they can also tell you if this is safe to take with other medications.
I have read and experienced myself that Fenugreek can cause you and baby to have gas. I had to quit taking for that reason. However I bought some extra Fennel and was going to try and see if that would help with our gassiness as fennel has been used to help colicky babies. After I try the More Milk Special Blend with the extra fennel for the gassiness, I'll post to let you know if it works!

I wish I would have known about this back in 1997. This is my 4th baby. With my first 3, I wasn't able to breastfeed long. The longest I have ever been able to give my babies boobie milk (we also have a boobie chair - lol) was with my oldest and that was 9 weeks. Now, my 4th baby has made it to 12 weeks thanks to the More Milk Special Blend. I LOVE being able to nurse my baby girl. I'm very thankful for this product!!
