It is perfect for adding to a lunch box. My kids (and teens) love the juicy berry taste mixed with soymilk. My husband and I like them too. They taste creamy, but are very light, smooth and refreshing. Best of all, no nasty ingredients. 100 calories, 17g of carbs, 4g protein, 35% RDA for calcium and 30% of Vitamin D. **Lactose and dairy-free too.
