The Spice and Chocolate flavors have no added sugar. (Some of the other flavors have sugar) The added Chromium helps to keep carb/sugar cravings at bay!
The Spice flavor goes down smoothly while the chocolate requires a me to have some water on hand.
I am so thankful for this product. It makes having low blood sugar more manageable.
