(More customer reviews)yet another terrific "muscle milk" offering ... gives a sustained energy boost when you need it ... this is not one of those questionable "gas station minimart" shots that has dangerous levels of mysterious ingrediants ... this is the real deal ... i use before afternoon lifting sessions when i feel i am dragging a bit but don't want another cup of coffee ... it's sort of fizzy & tastes a little quirky but it is well worth it ... i have only tried the fruit sour so far but i highly recommend ...
