(More customer reviews)I have been taking Metagenics Vitamins for over two years now and I honestly have to say that I have felt such an improvement since I started taking them! If I miss a day or two I can tell. They contain all the vitamins and minerals that my skin and body need! I really like them and I KNOW you will too!!! My Mom takes Metagenics without Iron and she has seen a big improvement from the other vitamins she was taking previously! She has an overactive thyroid and her doctor said he has seen an improvement since she has started on this multi-vitamin. Its a great vitamin at a really really good price!!!!
