(More customer reviews)I was first introduced to this product when a friend had me over for dinner. She had served the mozzarella and tomatoes as an appetizer. I knew immediately this was not store bought cheese so I asked her where she got it. I was completely surprised when she told me she made it that afternoon and knew I had to try this myself. I LOVE to cook and since I never made cheese before, I was so intrigued. I found the kit to have very clear directions. It only took an hour and it was a fun activity. It is going to be one of my top holiday presents. A cheese kit and a bottle of wine- you cant go wrong!
