(More customer reviews)I've been on a search for an aluminum-free, natural deodorant that actually works--and lasts--for a long time now. Tom's of Maine doesn't do the job, nor do many of the other product you see in health food stores. The crystal deodorants do work, but often have to be reapplied and sometimes fail at the most embarrassing times. This coconut powder so far has lasted, keep the bad smells at bad, and smells nice all day. Not only that but you can sprinkle it all over in the warm-weather months, when you tend to get sweaty all over.
I like dusting powders anyway, and can't figure out why they are so hard to find. But discovering one that is a deodorant is a real plus.
Lush also makes another version called the Greench. It uses tea tree powder, which is very effective on bacteria (which cause all kinds of bad smells) but also doesn't smell too good itself. So, while the Greench is incredibly effective at keeping underarm stink at bay, you don't want to sprinkle it all over your body either.
Coconut is much different. This is a pleasant, lovely smell. I can't recommend this more.
