(More customer reviews)I had high blood pressure 140's over high 90's but did not want to go on regular blood pressure medication and deal with the side effects. A friend recommended this. Started taking it and my pressure is now in the 120's over 80's! Changed nothing else so I am giving the Cardio the credit!
