You will not believe you are eating sugar free. I am type 2 diabetic and these do not negatively effect my bloodsugar. Because they use high quality maltitol, there is none of the laxative effect that you often get from Sugar free products. Forget the awful sugar free candies you can buy in the grocery or drug stores - once you try these you will have a new best friend - Kimberly at A Bountiful Harvest.
