(More customer reviews)I ordered this twin pack at a great price. then the package tracking said my item was damaged and undeliverable. they trashed it and amazon gave me an immediate refund. i ordered again, this time the price had gone up. the same thing happened- undeliverable, damaged. i got another refund immediately. I ordered again, again at a higher price. this time the box showed up right on time. the driver dropped at my door, buzzed the ringer and bolted back to his truck. i opened the door and there was a slimey soaking wet box. the box was so wet the corners were deteriorating. inside were two neatly wrapped bottles of the soap. the tops had popped off and about 80% of the soap was now inside the neat little wrappings.... and the box. I put the lids back on and washed the bottles off. the lids just slid off with the slightest pressure, it was a miracle they got here at all. the last bit of soap left i used to at least try it, after all my efforts. the actual product is awesome. lightly fragranced, silky feeling on your skin, you feel smooth as a baby when you are done. I absolutely loved it. the softness lasted all day. unfortunately unless they figure out how to keep the caps on in shipping Ill have to just wish.
