(More customer reviews)These bars taste good. My kids like them too. However, if you're looking for a good meal replacement bar, this is not the best choice. If you compare the nutrients, there is a huge difference between this brand of bars and the other bars out there. Plus, bad enough that high fructose corn syrup is even an ingredient in these bars, but it's the FIRST ingredient, so you know you're getting it in much larger proportions than you might hope.
I'm letting my kids have them, and I'm opting for other bars instead. Power bar has a good tasting peanut butter bar that far exceeds this bar for nutritional benefit and tastes about the same overall.
