Once I started using it I got hooked and I have not used any other baking chocolate yet. Even if you replace butter with applesauce while making brownies Scharffen Berger baking chocolate carries the flavour and texture of the brownie. Yummy.....
I first heard of this chocolate on 'American Test Kitchen' and following their recommendation I used this chocolate to make brownies and I have not looked back from that time. Highly recommend it to everyone who loves brownies and chocolate cakes in general.
