(More customer reviews)I have used Herb Lore's Fenugreek to help me with milk supply issues for both of my children, who are 4 years apart. Adding the fenugreek definitely helped to increase my supply, not dramatically, but enough to help me successfully breastfeed my children. Be aware that it will make you (and your sweat) smell like maple syrup. It's a normal side effect, and as long as you don't have a problem with maple syrup, it's not that bad. You also need to be sure to take it regularly and not miss a dose, and when you decide to stop taking it to taper off or it could seriously impact your supply. I highly recommend this product, as well as many of Herb Lore's other products - I have used the pregnancy and nursing teas as supplements as well.
