(More customer reviews)I purchased this item because Ghirardelli does not make the 72% dark chocolate wafers anymore. I am happy to find wafers in the 72% dark. I prefer the wafers to chips because they are a little bigger and to bars because they are not messy since I don't have to break them apart. I don't cook with them. I use them as a snack with nuts. I have to buy them online so that means I have to plan ahead but atleast I have found a replacement. I have never tried the E Guittard brand before but I am pleased with this product.
