(More customer reviews)I ordered 3 packages total of this product (but each package comes actually with 2 boxes and a total of 24 cookies). Unfortunately 25% of the cookies (2 boxes or 24 cookies) were completely broken and I was unable to use them for the purpose I bought them for (treat for students in a class I teach), which was the downside of this product. The cookies are small, but I expected that, they are good and are individually wrapped, which makes it a great snack or treat for pretty much anything.
I was worried they will come with coffee filling inside the dulce de leche since the box picture featured in Amazon shows that (although the product description doesn't), but it didn't.
If the manufacturing company in El Salvador could do a minor adjustment inside the boxes, it will solve the problem I faced. Basically add some paper tissue or extra plastic around the cookies so they won't move much while being shipped. Everything else was well thought in terms on how these will ship since the cookies are delicate and break easily, but this needs to be solved if you want to increase your success.
