(More customer reviews)I'm a registered nurse working in ICU and wash my hands all day long. In the winter, my hands get so dry that they will turn white from peeling so much. After a few 12-hour shifts in a row, sometimes they'll crack and even bleed a little, especially across the knuckles. Nearly every hand lotion or cream (even those with no perfume)I've used stings and burns when my hands are in that condition, but this stuff is wonderful. At first, I was afraid to use it when a fellow nurse offered it to me because it does have a fragrance (very nice one, though); I was afraid it would make my hands burn even more. But--absolutely no burning--it just soothes and smoothes my hands, and stops the stinging from cracked skin. Us nurses love it.
