I am transitioning from relaxed hair to natural hair and don't want to use shampoo's with sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate and this product has neither. It does a very good job of cleaning your hair. I only dropped one star because if you want to do a second wash, your hair will feel a bit dry after a second wash, but one wash does the job and it keep you hair moisturized.
I also love that it is PH balanced, Vegetarian, and has not been tested on animals :)
