(More customer reviews)The contents are very thick about 2/3's of the can and the bottom 1/3 is mostly liquid, so you do need to dump and scrape the entire can and stir it a few times. My comparison for flavor and quality is to Thai Kitchen which is the brand I used to buy mainly because of its availability. The difference is night and day. It appears AMAZON as a seller is no longer carrying this product, so I will try the organic version of Roland's brand next as it has many positive reviews as well. I paid around a dollar sixty per can which was quite a deal for this organic quality. Roland brand is currently about two dollars per can. Honestly this brand is so creamy and tasty that I use it in many things to replace milk and especially when baking Dr. Oetker's muffins. My cats enjoy it as a special treat. It is one of the few food items that has so many health benefits and tastes wonderful.
