(More customer reviews)I spent a few months in the tropics where fresh milk is non-existent and refrigeration is problematic. A friend introduced me to NIDO. This milk has a much nicer, sweeter taste than the nonfat dry milk for sale in the stores in the U.S. What really sold me on it, though, was the fact that it dissolves much like Coffee-Mate or other non-dairy creamers, when sprinkled directly into hot coffee or tea. If you are trying to cut back on corn syrup solids, and/or trying to take more calcium, this is an excellent solution. The milkfat must melt on contact with the hot water and keep the rest of the milk from clumping up, the way the nonfat dry milks do.
I think if more people knew about this, they would buy it instead of the non-dairy products; Real milk is so much better for you
