(More customer reviews)I really shouldn't eat dairy ;O), but the only thing that prevents the gas, bloating and embarrassing stomach noises is this Equate Dairy Digestive Supplement. For me it takes 2-3 pills to do the job, but I was surprised to find that it works better than the more expensive leading brand (which is a waste of money if I have to take more than 3 pills). I bought this at a store for around $7.50 (60 pills). Be sure to shop around for the best deal.
