This tea took me by surprise - when I first started to brew it, the ginger nose was a little sharp and pungent (did not like the initial smell), but the heat during steeping mellowed the ginger and the tea became a a dark velvety smooth warming exlir. After a month of having this tea in my pantry, I was shocked to realize that I had powered through almost three tins while my other teas were virtually untouched. Unlike other teas, leaving the tea in the pot "too long" doesn't make it too bitter, but actually improves the tea. Drink w/o milk or sweetener. My morning tea that I drink throughout the day!
