After taking the reccommended dosage the first day, the next day my breasts were so full of milk that they were almost engorged! It really worked! The bottle is a bit small, but it gives you 97 doses in just one tiny little bottle! Great bang for your buck. It really makes me very happy to actually satisfy my son myself, instead of having to supplement with formula. For me, it worked so well, he's actually sleeping through the night now and he's only almost 2 months old! I highly reccommend! I will be buying again once I run out.
Forgot to mention the smell of the product. It smells pretty rank. But I don't drink it with plain water like it says to. I have found mixing it in with iced tea mix hides the flavor great. You still smell it, but you don't taste it one bit. It actually makes the tea taste freshly brewed because of the product's herbal ingredients.
