(More customer reviews)I purchased this product and it was shipped within a reasonable time. However, they sent me the wrong product. The original biscuits are amazingly delicious, but the ones they sent me were a gross flavor. I contacted them about it and their phone lines automatically transferred me to a voicemail system which I left messages for but never received a call back, so I decided to email them.
First of all, after I sent the email, it took them a week to respond. Secondly, they stated they will send a new shipment with the correct product. Thirdly, its been a month and I never received the correct item.
I gave them plenty of opportunity and time to correct the situation, and unfortunately for them, they don't care and it is obvious. I'm disgusted by this company's way of service.
