(More customer reviews)I purchased this "chocolate" from Amazon because it's so difficult to find. It was recommended by "America's Test Kitchen" for a particular recipe. Since this cake can feed 16 people, I'm just waiting around for the right occasion. It better be good! $20 for one ingredient for one cake is a bit steep, but I trust ATK.
