(More customer reviews)I have tried this 62% cacao bar as well as the S.Berger 82% cacao bar. Both are excellent by any standard. I would not pay retail for these (it's $5 a piece for crying out loud), but they are well worth it at the price I got it on Amazon. Great for snacking and baking and I've used this is chocolate desserts, cakes and cookies. This bar is sweeter than the 82% bar and a little less heavy/strong. Good if you like dark chocolate, but are worried that the 82% won't be sweet enough for you.
*Also, please note that the bars arrive very nicely packaged, in sturdy boxes of 12. Mine had an expiration date in 2012, about 2 years after my order, so that is great!
