(More customer reviews)I purchased the Sheeps milk ricotta imported from Italy for homemade Canolli's (the recipe was very specific) and it was the hit of the Italian fest party. The ricotta was vey light, smooth, and creamy. I will only use sheep's milk ricotta now when I make my home made canolli's.
There is no comparison between the store bought cows milk to the imported sheep's milk from Italy. Delizioso, Mangiare'.
