(More customer reviews)im in the air force and we got a case of this stuff as a trial. i lift in the morning and do the insanity workout during lunch or at night. I drink one after both workouts and it has definitely helped reduce the recovery time. It has a ton of protein and my muscles feel less sore and have noticed a few significant increases in my strength gains compared to muscletech protein (bench went from 235 - 255, dead lift 465 - 485, and squat 315 - 345. It is a little pricey, but i think will just go ahead and order another one anyway.
