(More customer reviews)Being a woman going through menopause, it's a hard road to travel. Everyone is different, so do and some don't have symptons. For me, the emotional roller coaster is the worst. I had been put on 1 mg. of a hormone supplement,but that just didn't do much. I put myself on lots of vitamins and they did help some. It was not until I discovered I could not drink regular milk (carraganan problem), that I tried soy milk. Well, "Silk" also has the ingredient that I can not tolerate...so..I went to the health food store and found this wonder soy milk!! No only is does it taste wonderful (who doesn't like chocolate), but it help alot with my menopause. I did some research and found out Soy is great to help treat the symptons...of course my doc. did not tell me this!! Anyway, I am not a tri-monthly customer of Amazon and I get a 12 carton case every three months..I am so glad Amazon has it..I also save 2.00 per carton and get FREE SHIPPING!!Now that a great deal!!
