What I learned is that the outstanding quality of Madagascar chocolate comes through even in an unusual formulation. This is a much lighter bar than I expected, though it's listed as 35% and I should have guessed.
This is a mild, somewhat fruity bar with an exceptionally creamy character that melts into a buttery mass in your mouth. This maker also produces a 64% Peruvian origin and a Ugandan origin bar, which I also recommend. Try this Madagascar, and if you can find a bar even higher in percentage, treat yourself to that too.
