This tea works really well for me; in fact, I tried taking fenugreek caplets, which you would think would be more potent, but I found that I got better results by drinking 1-3 cups of this tea every day. With the help of this tea, I was able to maintain a full milk supply as long as needed; even now, my daughter is 13 months old and I am still able to nurse her a couple of times per day. I bought several boxes of this tea at a time, kept some at work too, and it was worth every penny. I also drank it with lemon and honey to fight a cold. It tastes good.
