(More customer reviews)Flaky fish with lots of chili. It's quite hot, so I'm not sure if I could eat it as a "snack" as the description suggests. Great for adding flavor to plain vegetables, or adding more heat (and flavor, of course!) to other Thai dishes. I think it could be used like a Thai version of Japanese salmon furikake (over steamed rice) as well.
This 8 oz jar is filled to the top! It'll last me at least a year even if I find many uses for it.
