(More customer reviews)I started using these a couple months ago and only take one pill before my coffee in the morning. I seldom eat ice cream but when I do I just take one pill before I eat it. It is wonderful, works like a charm, never have any issues. Ive never tried any other brands and I dont plan to since this works so well. Also doesnt contain wheat which is a major plus for me.
