I didn't like protein drink that much because it is too hard to shake and mix well with any devices including tiny battery operating shaker. But with this shaking cup, literally, within 5 seconds shaking effortlessly, my soy milk with rice protein mix 100% completely done. Very genius idea product. Amazing.
