(More customer reviews)Being Lactose intolerant is a pain. But having a product that travels easily and solves the problem is priceless! I also use it at home in things that I would normally bake with - like good old fashioned buttermilk. It worked very well! I do wish they had better directions on the bottle - but a quick reference online can solve nearly any dilemma...
