This particular one has a very high herb strenght (the seller told me 1:1) which means you need less while getting better results. My daily intake goes from 1/2 to 2/3 of the recommended daily intakes from other makers. I have been struggling for years and here we go, a bit over a dozen drops twice a day made me feel a different person! I use it in conjuction with the Dandelium extract from the same company. Both are highly recommended.
