(More customer reviews)I don't ordinarily have trouble sleeping, but I have for the last couple of days. I received a sample of this product/flavor (yum!) at a trend show. I decided to open it up when I got home and try it. I heated it in the microwave for about a minute--checked my e-mails--and got ready for bed. Within about 40 minutes I started to feel nicely drowsy. Not "heavy-headed"--just a nice "drifting off to sleep" kind of drowsy. I ended up drinking this a little late--so I only got to sleep for 5 hours (since I had to wake up for work)--but I didn't wake up groggy. This works so well--it's tasty--and I highly recommend it.
