(More customer reviews)I went to Spain and bought this chocolate at La Boqueria (a large, open air, farmer's market on La Rambla.) Since I am a cook by trade, I have tried my fair share of chocolate (and let's face it, I love the stuff, even if I didn't cook for a living!) I was so impressed. The depth of the cocoa flavor was warm and full. It melted in my mouth without the sometimes plastic-y texture I find in American-made chocolate. Though it was sweet, it was not over powering. The purity of ingredients makes me want to indulge more often. My only regret? That I didn't buy more at 2.50E because at $7 a pop, I may want to reserve this treat for a special occasion. Luckily, it is a large bar and a little goes a long way.
