(More customer reviews)I didn't want to buy 12 Boxes of this Item from Amazon.com, what if we didn't like it?, so I decided to purchase just one Box somewhere ells so my Family and I can try it and if we like it, we'll buy the Dozen Boxes as we did with the Taco Filling
I don't like Eggs that much, sure I use Eggs in my Baked Goods and some dishes and I even make a Good Egg Salad Sandwich, but I don't care for them for Breakfast, My Family and I wanted to like Fantastic World Foods Tofu Scrambler, after all we like Fantastic Foods Taco Filling I make it all the time, I even use it to replace Ground Beef in some Pasta Dishes ...and looking for even more uses
Having said all that, I wasn't looking forward to have Eggs made out of Tofu in the morning but I tried it anyway for my Family sake, Fantastic Foods Tofu Scrambler, is just a Packet (two per box) of Seasonings, Add Tofu you bought somewhere ells. The Cooking Directions are: Crumble a Package (14 oz) extra firm Tofu by mixing with a fork (I mixed it in a bowl) Add one Seasoning Packet and mix well, Add 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil in non-stick skillet, Fry Tofu Scrambler on medium heat for about 3 minutes with occasional turning, Serve and enjoy!
Well,...some of my Family members enjoyed more than others, my Sister finished it even though it looked like Mash and I only like Mash in Mashed Potatoes. I couldn't finish mine, but I am sure someone who is a Vegetarian and loves Eggs and Tofu in the morning or what ever time, might enjoy this Concoction! The rest of the Seasonings (the other Packet) I Poured into a Vegetable Soup,...now that was Good!...the Soup, that is! Thank You
